Shipping policy

 

Queen & County Jewellery Company proudly serves customers within Canada. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and include a tracking number.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $15.00 CAD via Canada Post.

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $150.00 CAD or more.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times To provide accurate delivery estimates, we separate our processing (handling) time from the carrier's transit time:

• Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (EST) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Transit Time (Ontario): 2–3 business days.

• Transit Time (Rest of Canada): 5–10 business days.

• Total Estimated Delivery: 3–12 business days depending on location.

3. Local Pickup (Prince Edward County) If you are in Prince Edward County and prefer in-person pickup, please email us at info@queenandcountyjewellery.ca prior to making your purchase. We will coordinate a time and provide a custom checkout link to waive shipping.

4. Security & Verification To protect our customers, our host provides security alerts. If a high-risk warning is triggered during your order, we will reach out for additional verification. Failure to provide requested information may result in order delays or cancellation.

5. Delays & Liability While we strive for on-time delivery, Queen & County Jewellery Company is not liable for unforeseen carrier delays (weather, strikes, etc.). We will communicate any known delays to you as soon as we become aware of them.
