At Queen & County Jewellery Company, we take immense pride in our exceptional quality and thorough inspection process. We want you to be as proud of your piece as we are.

1. Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Method & Fees

  • Return Method: By Mail.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customer responsibility. Returns must be sent with a tracking number to ensure safe arrival.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

3. Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt/confirmation email) is required.

4. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at info@queenandcountyjewellery.ca. Once your request is accepted, we will provide the return shipping address.

5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Non-Returnable Items Any item marked as Clearance or Final Sale is not eligible for refund or return.

7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
